Cena Italiana nella vigna wine dinner featuring Strada Italiano
Our guests will be treated to a one-of-a-kind experience with a fall dinner in the vineyard [weather-permitting, in the event room as an alternate]. Chef Anthony Cerrato has developed a special five-course menu, just for this event. We are so excited to be part of this, and we look forward to sharing the evening with you. To begin, Chef Anthony will have an antipasti station including Tuscan Stuffed Figs for your sampling pleasure. The meal will consist of five courses, to include:
First course: Panzanella salad with arugula and purple kale
Second course: Baked Local Mushroom Cannelloni
Third course: Cioppino featuring shellfish and crusty bread in buttery tomato wine broth
Fourth course: Roasted Garlic Peppered Flank Steak with Grilled Vegetables and Smokehouse Demi-Glace
Fifth course: Italian Plum Cobbler with Fresh Whipped Cream
Each course will be accompanied with an Addison Farms Vineyard Wine. Enjoy the antipasti station and a glass of wine at 6:30 while you stroll the vineyard, with seating for the first course at 7pm.
